Sharonn Thomas-Pope founded Vanguard Realty Development Group. She is a licensed, certified Real Estate Broker/Developer who has successfully worked in the industry for over 30 years serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, serving 15 major companies and a plethora of clients, managing and selling more than 1,200 properties She also has specialized skills and experience as a managing contractor and property manager for residential development and rehabilitation projects.

Sharonn is a passionate team leader with excellent communication skills, and she heads the company’s business development and marketing division, cultivating productive relationships with owners, managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government officials.  She was honored and recognized for the Circle of Excellence award in 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2021 by the National Association of Realtors and in the LW Coaching Institute in 2022 for her service as a distinguished Black Real Estate broker. Sharonn is a dedicated servant leader who prides herself in impacting lives and serving the community and all clients with loyalty and integrity.
